Return & Refund Policy – PSM Prime Style Mart

At PSM Prime Style Mart, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or worn products

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Customized or altered stitched suits

  • Items returned after the 7-day return period

3. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will offer an exchange for the same item or a similar product depending on availability.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
